Can ONLY make direct call. Cannot navigate a menu.

Many many calls made to parties answer with a request to make choices from a menu in order to ultimately make contact with the person you are calling. YOUR OWN phone system is probably set up like this.

Unless I havent figured it out or dont know how to operate your software, your keyboard App does NOT allow to go beyond entering a first level phone number to make a phone call.

So to me, essentially you can ONLY make phone calls to your friends and family and your Granny. If you encounter needing to engage a menu so you can make contact with someone - forget it!!!

Unless I am not using your software correctly after the call is made, there is no way to use the keyboard to move further into a menu driven system to complete a phone call.
